The Dirty Dog Pet Photo Contest ended Monday night and we are happy to say it was a big splash.  We laughed, we cried, we saw so many muddy mutts! With all of these dogs in desperate need of a deep clean grooming, the judges had the tough task of choosing only ten winners. It was a mucky job, but someone had to do it!

February is Pet Dental Health Month so we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of the importance of keeping up with the dental health of our furry family members. Luckily for us, we recently had a veterinary dental specialist join our Best Friends family. His name is Dr. Gary Goldstein and, not only is he our new Chief Medical Officer, he is a Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry and is certified in Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery.

We get so excited for the Super Bowl each year that we throw our very own Doggy Bowl parties in each of our Doggy Day Camps across the country. Our staff members turn into referees and coaches for the day and our Camp rooms transform into football stadiums; Camp parents turn into cheerleaders and our Doggy Day Campers become MVPs!
